Ankara Departure Madrid and Barcelona Tour: Spring in Spain

Day 1: Ankara – Madrid

Meeting in front of the AJet counter at Ankara Esenboğa Airport International Terminal at 06:10. After check-in and passport procedures, we depart for Madrid on AJet flight VF605 at 09:10. Upon arrival at 11:40 local time, we begin our panoramic city tour of Madrid. During this tour, we view the modern face of Madrid, including the Kio Towers along Paseo de la Castellana, Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the city's most important sports temple, Las Ventas Bullring, and the Madrid Río area around the Manzanares River. After the tour, free time is available. Guests who wish may join the Extra Tour: Madrid Masterpieces. Following the tour, we proceed to our hotel. Then, we move to Ávila, famous for its walls that still preserve the medieval atmosphere, where we enjoy a pleasant walk in this ancient city known as the City of Saint Teresa. In the final part of our tour, we have free time at Las Rozas Village Outlet, one of Madrid's most popular shopping centers. Day 4: Madrid – Barcelona

After breakfast, we check out of our rooms and head towards Barcelona. Guests who wish may join the Extra Tour to Zaragoza, organized additionally by our guide. After the tour, during this short trip in Barcelona via bus, we gain our first impressions of Barcelona by viewing the general fabric and key points of the city from inside the vehicle. Plaça d'Espanya, Montjuïc Hill and Olympic Stadium, the coastline, and the Barceloneta district are among the places seen panoramically.

We begin with Girona, the richest city in the region, built on the banks of the Onyar River and reminiscent of Florence at first glance. Girona is a charming medieval city worth seeing with its narrow streets and cathedral; it is also the city where filming took place for the perfume movie. During our panoramic tour, we will see the Lion Statue, Cathedral Square, houses with mezuzahs, the Jewish Quarter, Rambla, and famous shops. After free time, we set off towards the city of Figueres with views of the Pyrenees mountains. The town has such an impressive atmosphere that it served as a lifelong source of inspiration for the boundary-defying painter Salvador Dalí, admired by the whole world. Here, we will visit the museum house decorated by hand by the famous surrealist painter "Salvador Dalí." In this museum, where each work is valued at millions of dollars, we will visit the museum containing his immortal love Gala and his mind-bending masterpieces before transferring to our hotel.

Day 6: Barcelona

After breakfast, we check out of our rooms and have free time until the time determined by our guide, followed by transfer to the airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Ankara on AJet flight VF608 at 13:20. Arrival at 19:20 and end of our tour.
