Day 1 | Istanbul – Bologna – (Evening Dinner Lucca Tour) – Florence
We will meet at the International Terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport 3 hours before departure, and after completing ticket, baggage drop, and passport procedures, we fly to Bologna with Pegasus Airlines' scheduled flight PC1217 at 11:35. Upon arrival in Bologna at 12:20 local time, we head to the city center to begin our panoramic city tour via our private bus. Bologna, located in the Emilia-Romagna region, the homeland of Parmesan and balsamic vinegar, is home to Europe's oldest and most prestigious university. After our tour, which highlights Bologna's unique local street flavors, medieval architecture, long covered walkways, and vibrant squares, where you will have the chance to taste some of Italy's best charcuterie products, we depart for our hotel in the Florence area. Guests who wish may join the optional Evening Dinner Lucca Tour (45 Euro). Our tour begins with dinner at a local restaurant featuring Tordelli Lucchesi, Lucca's famous Tuscan ravioli/pasta. After dinner, we take a walking tour in Lucca, one of the best-preserved medieval cities in Tuscany, known for its historical walls, narrow stone streets, and elegant squares that captivate visitors. We will enjoy free time to experience the pleasant evening lifestyle of Tuscany and Piazza dell’Anfiteatro, the symbol of the city with its distinctive oval shape. Following this free time, we transfer to our hotel in the Florence area.
Day 2 | Florence – (Lunch Included Florence Masterpieces Tour) – Rome – (Rome Night Tour)
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we head towards Rome. Guests who wish may join the optional Lunch Included Florence Masterpieces Tour (65 Euro). In Florence, the greatest center of the Renaissance, the birthplace of art, aesthetics, and world-famous artists (Michelangelo, Da Vinci), and a city resembling an open-air museum, we will first see the Santa Maria Del Fiore Cathedral, immediately noticeable with its orange dome and ranked as the 4th largest church in Europe. One of the most striking features of the cathedral is the bronze door, known as the 'Gates of Paradise,' which depicts stories of prophets mentioned even in the Quran. Later, we will see Giotto’s Campanile, once used to summon the people to parliament; Signoria Square, the political and social center of Florence for centuries and home to Michelangelo's famous David statue; and Ponte Vecchio, Florence's oldest bridge, famous for its antique and jewelry shops. Afterwards, we will have lunch at a local restaurant with Tuscan-style Roast Beef (oven-baked beef). After finishing the tour, we continue our journey to our hotel in the Rome area. Guests who wish may join the optional Rome Night Tour (35 Euro). Our tour, starting panoramically, allows us to discover Rome's streets in the aesthetic beauty provided by evening lights at any time of day. We will offer free time at the world-famous Navona Square and Pantheon. During this free time, you can taste exquisite examples of traditional Italian pasta at many cafes around, starting with Cacio e Pepe (Roman cuisine's famous pasta prepared with Pecorino Romano cheese and freshly ground black pepper), considered a symbol of Rome. For guests preferring a light snack, we recommend Supplì (mozzarella-filled rice balls), and for dessert lovers, Maritozzo, a creamy Roman pastry traditionally filled with a ring during marriage proposals. At the end of the tour, we arrive at our hotel in the Rome area.
Day 3 | Rome – (Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour) – (Vatican and Evening Dinner Local Neighborhoods Rome Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour (85 Euro). The first stop of our tour will be Nemi, a popular filming location in Turkish and world cinema. Known for mountain strawberries and earning the name "Strawberry Village," Nemi hosts an annual strawberry festival. During the surrounding tour and free time offered in Nemi, where narrow streets opening onto squares combine with breathtaking lake and valley views along with the scent of strawberries in the air, you can try strawberry tart/ice cream made with Italy's most famous mountain strawberries at many small local shops. After our visit to Nemi Strawberry Village, we introduce you to Rome, called Urbs caput mundi ("the city in the center of the world"), which presents itself with art, history, music, shopping, sunshine, and food, featuring buildings in different styles ranging from ancient times to the Renaissance. While masterpieces created by architects competing with each other attract thousands of tourists to the city every season, Rome manages to carry all these crowds without suffocating them, maintaining all its beauty and elegance. In our tour, we will see the Colosseum, the largest ancient theater that became the symbol of the city and hosted gladiator fights throughout the Roman Empire; the Roman Forum, the ceremonial center of the city during imperial times; the Fountain of Love, believed to bring anyone who throws a coin back to Rome; the Spanish Steps, famous for street artists; Piazza Pietra; and Piazza Popolo. At the end of the tour, we offer free time in central Rome. For guests participating in the Rome Icons and Nemi Strawberry Village Tour, we offer the optional Vatican and Evening Dinner Local Neighborhoods Rome Tour (75 Euro) during the free time. Starting with a view of Castel Sant’Angelo – Angel Castle, we visit Vatican City / San Pietro, the center of the Catholic branch of Christianity and the smallest country in the world by area. We offer free time in St. Peter's Square (Piazza San Pietro), where thousands of Catholics gather for worship annually and where the Pope greets the public from his residence on special occasions, and which houses St. Peter's Basilica, the largest cathedral in the world adorned with statues of 140 saints. After the free time, we begin our Evening Dinner Local Neighborhoods Rome tour. We will try Pizza Romana Tonda, a traditional Roman pizza with thin crispy dough and crunchy edges. After dinner, we immerse ourselves in the life of Romans, feeling like residents of the city. In this tour, experiencing the naturalness and simplicity alongside cafes, small family restaurants, boutiques, greengrocers, butchers, and many other small and charming shops, we will see Trastevere, Piazza Trilussa, Ponte Sisto, and the Jewish Ghetto areas, as well as the Antic Tiber Island connected to the city by two bridges. After our walking tour through narrow back streets reminiscent of a labyrinth set with small tables, we complete our tour and return to our hotel in the Rome area.
Day 4 | Rome – (Orvieto Tour) – (Siena & San Gimignano Tour) – Florence
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we set off towards our hotel in the Florence area. Guests who wish may join the optional Orvieto Tour (50 Euro). First, we visit the medieval town of Orvieto, famous for its Gothic and Baroque works, cathedral, and wine cellars. We ascend to Orvieto, also known as "Hawk Hill," and enjoy the view. During the free time offered, you can taste or buy Tozzetti cookies, black truffles, and handmade pasta, specialties of the region, in various cafes and shops in the city center. After the Orvieto tour, we continue our journey to Florence. Guests who wish may join the optional Siena & San Gimignano Tour (80 Euro). The first stop of our tour is Siena. Siena is famous for its narrow streets dating back to the Middle Ages, small alleys, and Campo Square, accepted as the largest square in Europe. After our enjoyable tour in Campo Square and the narrow, historic streets leading to it in Siena, during the short free time offered, you can sample truffle cheeses, Ricciarelli (Italy's best hard almond biscuit), and Panforte dessert at nearby cafes and restaurants. After our visit to Siena, we reach San Gimignano, the second stop of our tour. San Gimignano has earned a place on the UNESCO World Heritage List due to preserving its medieval architecture and appearance to this day. Thanks to 14 architectural marvel towers that survived among 76 towers after wars and natural disasters, it is also known as the "Town of Beautiful Towers." After our surrounding tour in the squares where we can panoramically see the 14 magnificent towers opening onto the town square in San Gimignano, a place where time seems to stand still and makes visitors feel like they are traveling back to the Middle Ages, we will take an ice cream break at Gelateria Dondoli, awarded the title of the world's best ice cream parlor (especially famous for its saffron and pine nut flavors). At the end of the tour, we transfer to our hotel in the Florence area.
Day 5 | Florence – (Pisa Tour) – (Boat Portofino Tour) – Milan Outlet – Milan
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we head towards Milan. Guests who wish may join the optional Pisa Tour (50 Euro). Upon arrival in Pisa, our tour includes the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Cathedral, the Baptistery, and Miracoli Square. After a short free time offered for photo breaks, we continue our journey to Milan. Guests who wish may join the optional Boat Portofino Tour (65 Euro). Portofino, surrounded by colorful houses and inspiring songs with all its beauty, captivates visitors with its narrow streets, colorful houses, green hills, and turquoise Mediterranean sea. During the free time offered, you can taste the locally produced and world-famous "Focaccia Genovese," bread prepared with plenty of olive oil and sea salt. After our visit to Portofino, we continue our journey to Milan. On the way, we will visit the Milan outlet center, one of Europe's largest outlet centers, hosting stylish stores of world-renowned prestigious brands, cafes, restaurants, and personal activity areas. After the free time offered for affordable and quality shopping enjoyment, we transfer to our hotel in the Milan area.
Day 6 | Milan – (Como Tour) – Venice
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we depart to organize our Milan city tour. Guests who wish may join the optional Como Tour (50 Euro). Upon arrival in Como, we will visit Lake Como, famous for its luxurious lifestyle and natural beauty, which serves as a summer home for Hollywood celebrities, European rich, and the global jet set, and take a photo break against the lake's unique backdrop. During the free time offered in Como, you can enjoy the view with Espresso and Cappuccino service in many cafes located around the lake and in the city center. After the tour, we continue our journey towards central Milan. Milan, one of the fashion capitals of Europe, also stands out with its cuisine, opera, and churches. Although known as the business and financial capital of Italy, Milan is also the right address for shopping and dining experiences. During our tour, notable sights include the famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, and Porta Romana. During the free time offered at the end of the tour, you can spend time in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II: Milan's oldest shopping mall, a historic passage with a massive glass-domed architecture beating at the heart of fashion and boasting the world's most luxurious and stylish windows, or visit Via Montenapoleone and Della Spiga for brand shopping. In many local cafes and restaurants in the city center, you can taste Risotto alla Milanese (risotto prepared with saffron and symbolized by its golden yellow color), Panettone (a famous regional sweet bread), and Panzerotto (pastry with fried exterior and mozzarella and tomato filling), savoring Milan, which has become a gastronomic paradise. After the Milan city tour, we transfer to our hotel in the Venice area.
Day 7 | Venice – (Venice & Verona Masterpieces and Private Boat Venice Grand Canal Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. During this free time, guests who wish may join the optional Venice & Verona Masterpieces and Private Boat Venice Grand Canal Tour (125 Euro – Vaporetto transport fees included). Verona, listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, is also home to Italy's second-largest amphitheater after the Colosseum and the house of Romeo and Juliet, Shakespeare's famous work telling the world's best-known love story. After our panoramic surrounding tour, where we can also see Verona Cathedral, walking through Via Mazzini (main square) and Erbe Square surrounded by many shops, cafes, and stores, during the free time offered, you can try Baci di Giulietta sweets inspired by the love of Romeo and Juliet. Continuing our tour, we head towards Venice, the city with the world's most unique waters. Upon arrival, we reach the center of the island via vaporetto. We will see major iconic structures such as St. Mark's Square, built with stone and marble with columns brought from Istanbul; St. Mark's Basilica; the Doge's Palace, designed and used as a symbol of splendor and power; the Clock Tower; the Bridge of Sighs; and the historic Campanile Bell Tower. Then, we will enjoy a leisurely walk through Venice's narrow channels connecting bridges. During the free time offered, you can visit the famous Venetian Carnival masks produced by hand and Murano glass art workshops. At many cafes and restaurants around, you can try Cichetti, regional snacks served on small bread slices with cheese and seafood (Tapas); Tiramisu, a dessert originating from the Veneto region and spreading its fame worldwide; or Risotto al Nero di Seppia, Venice's most special seafood dish. After this free time, in the final part of our tour, we will embark on an unforgettable cruise through Venice's side paths to reach the Grand Canal with private boats. At the end of the tour, we return to our hotel in the Venice area and offer free time to rest.
Day 8 | Venice – Bologna – Istanbul
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we head towards Bologna Airport for our flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival at the airport, after completing baggage drop, ticket, and passport control procedures, we fly to Istanbul with Pegasus Airlines' scheduled flight PC1218 at 13:30. Arrival at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 18:00 TRT and end of our tour.
